The new Flickerwood Wine Cellars Tasting Room, located in the heart of the Brandywine Valley in historic Kennett Square, PA, is now open. After two years of planning and hard work, Ron & Rick Zampogna, along with the rest of the Zampogna family, were delighted to open the doors of their beautiful new satellite store on Friday, November 7, 2008.
The addition of the new wine cellar at the Zampogna family’s original winery location– Flickerwood Wine Cellars & Lounge in Kane, PA — has allowed the owners to make and store more wine in preparation for sales at the newly-opened tasting room.
Ron and Sue’s daughters, Tammy Liberato & Julie Wehner — co-managers of the Kennett Square location — are offering samplings of twenty varieties of award-winning Flickerwood Wine, made from the best of Pennsylvania harvests. You will be greeted warmly and served by a friendly, efficient staff. The décor is cozy and welcoming and the beautiful handcrafted tasting bar, bistro tables and chairs make each visit a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Small town friendly is part of the reason the Zampognas chose Kennett Square for their first satellite location, and the new tasting room proudly participates in the town’s lively First Friday festivities by featuring live entertainment from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. on the first Friday of each month. If you live near or are planning a visit to the Philadelphia area, set aside some time to experience the new Flickerwood Wine Cellars Tasting Room.

Wednesday & Thursday – 11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday – 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
